“I want to tell you how pleased we are with the New Image Coatings products we used on a recent red cedar roof. Our first issue was to remove 10 years of mildew, which was easily 1/4” thick in many areas. The wood cleaner worked just as advertised, removing all mildew, and did no harm to the landscaping and vegetation that surrounded the house.
We then followed up with the Seal-Once, which is really an amazing product. The first coat penetrates deep into the shingle, and the second coat finishes the job. The first time it rained, we could see the water beading as it ran down the surface.”

“The Garden Committee at Mt. Washington Elementary School in Los Angeles used Seal-Once Waterproofer to seal the wood for our raised vegetable garden beds. It was important to us to use an effective non-toxic sealer, since the wood comes into contact with the roots of food crops, and our children are exposed to it daily. We found Seal-Once easy to apply and easy to clean up. There is no required dry time between the first and second coats, which made it easy to work continuously to finish the project. The wood we sealed with Seal-Once is noticably less cracked and warped than the beds previously built without it. A great product!”

“A number of years ago my husband and I purchased a Circa 1750 brick home which was the birthplace of General Perry Benson in Easton, Maryland. It wasn’t long after moving in we discovered a mold and mildew problem, in the closets and on various walls throughout the home, along with peeling paint. After doing some research my husband discovered a new product called Seal-Once. Seal-Once is an eco-friendly, waterbased, solvent free, green spec listed waterproofer for masonary and wood. Dear Seal – Once,
I wanted to take the time to write you a quick note on your product. If I could sum up this product in one word it would be “Awesome”. My wife and I live in the mountains of NH and have approx 1,200 sq/ft of mahogany deck on our home. Obviously sealing it is less than a desirable job. When we built the home 5 years ago we applied Australian Timber oil. We applied it again the next year and then the next. This year we needed to do it again so we decided to research another product. "I am writing you to say thank you for providing Seal Once, it’s such a great product!
I have applied Seal Once in several scenarios and colors.
My first use of Seal Once was in an application to pressure treated decking that was over 15 years old.
First, the decking was cleaned with a solution of some chlorine and dawn, and then washed down with a hose. Next, a couple of coats of Seal-Once with a redwood tint were applied. The final results looked like nearly new. Certainly far exceeding what this decking looked like when either Thompsons or Behr was applied. This application and usage was applied approximately 3 years ago and is still standing up today…~ More

“I was happy to discover Seal-Once Waterproofer a few months ago. Our church needed to repair a decaying and sagging stockade fence, and as the green operations advocate for the church I volunteered to find an environmentally responsible way to do it. Aesthetics were also important as the nextdoor neighbors are parishioners, and they expressed a keen interest in the appearance of the fence, and offered to fund the replacement if it met their aesthetic requirements. This, along with the expense involved, ruled out use of fencing made of post-consumer recycled material or other such “green” fencing.
Instead, I visited Green Source, a new store offering green construction products and discussed the issue. We decided to replace the fence with a similar stockade fence, but one made of untreated wood. We then sealed the wood using Seal-Once, sealing each 8’ x 8’ panel prior to erecting them. The end result is a very attractive fence, completely satisfactory to the neighbors, and free of concern about leaching toxins to the ground (and thence to the Charles River).” ~ More
